When girls, boys, women and men are empowered with the skills they need for working life, they strive. They can support themselves and families and the communities.
To address these critical issues, Franky’s Foundation is working with Governments, stakeholders, partners and local communities to increase opportunities of development for the vulnerable groups, widow’s single mothers, divorced women and disable women who are seeking opportunities to improve their livelihoods because of the challenges they face in the communities.
Most of the them are not educated, school drop outs and are living in harsh environments in areas like Kawangwre, Huruma, Kayole, Dandora, Kibera, Kangemi, Mathare in Nairobi.
We provide services which we train youth girls who have dropped out of school or have no jobs because of economic challenges in ICT hardware training like laptop repair, mobile phone repair and Windows installation and upgrade in our training lab in Nairobi city centre.
The main aim of the foundation is to economically empower women with hands on ICT skills on Laptop and smart phone repair and maintenance free of charge.
